In accordance with Rule 16(f) of The Rules of the Republican Party, as established by the Republican National Committee, each state must adopt rules, procedures, policies, and instructive materials governing the election, selection, allocation or binding of delegates and alternate delegates to the national convention and must certify and file the materials with the Republican National Committee.
