Statement By California Republican Party Communications Director Hector M. Barajas On Speaker Núñez' Removal Of Assemblyman Todd Spitzer From His Capitol Office

"The recent action by Assembly Speaker Fabian Núñez shows that he is nothing more than a bully.  Assemblyman Todd Spitzer stands up for what he believes.  He has stood for California families and crime victims in the Legislature, even when outnumbered by Democrats who continue to be soft on crime. If Democrats are not soft on crime, why is the Speaker so clearly irritated by Assemblyman Spitzer's comments as to be moved to childish stunts?"
