Statement From California Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring Concerning Barack Obama's Bay Area Fundraiser Remarks

California Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring today issued the following statement concerning Barack Obama's recently publicized comments from a fundraiser in Marin county this week: 

"Only an elitist would make comments diminishing American families as Barack Obama did this week.

"If Obama ventured further than his glitzy fundraiser, he would see the small towns in California where hardworking families represent the embodiment of the American dream and where people still know each other by their first name. Now they know something else: that they have very little in common with Barack Obama."
