STATEMENT BY CALIFORNIA REPUBLICAN PARTY CHAIRMAN RON NEHRING ON HILLARY CLINTON'S VISIT TO CALIFORNIA

(Sacramento, CA) - California Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring issued the following statement on Senator Hillary Clinton's visit to California:

"Less than a month after saying she would support funding for the troops, Hillary Clinton continued her leftward lurch by voting against the troops and the resources they need to fight and win the war on terror.

"Even when Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) and Harry Reid (D-NV) voted to support our troops, Hillary Clinton just couldn't bring herself to do it.

"Barack Obama must really have her scared.  She's going so far to the Left, she won't be able to find her way back to the political center without GPS and a map.
