Born and raised in Sweden, Tony Krvaric was inspired by President Ronald Reagan to come to America. Though only a youth, he vowed to one day become an American and pursue his American Dream. The first step was to start his own business, and in 1992 when the opportunity presented itself, he moved to San Diego.
After becoming a naturalized citizen in June of 2003, he decided to become politically involved. Having seen – first hand – the devastating effects of socialism in Europe, he was determined to fight for the traditional, conservative values that have helped make America the greatest nation on earth.
He has served as the volunteer chairman of the Republican Party of San Diego County since March of 2007 and re-elected twice – unanimously. In March of 2011 he was unanimously elected to serve on the California Republican Party Board of Directors as Vice Chair – South, representing Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties.
The Republican Party of San Diego County is recognized statewide for its aggressive approach to getting Republicans elected to all levels of government by routinely endorsing over 100 candidates each election cycle and raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to get its message out. In the November 2010 elections, the party’s success rate for its top 16 priorities was 100%, including defeating a local 1% sales tax increase.
Tony is the President and CEO of Krvaric Capital – a full-service, boutique wealth management firm – which specializes in helping individuals and families who share his values grow, preserve and distribute their wealth. Before starting his own firm, Tony spent nearly ten years as a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons.
He lives in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego with his wife Jannica and their four children. The family attends St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Poway. In his spare time Tony is an avid gamer, enjoys electronic music and has been known to smoke a cigar with friends once in a while.
